My little presentation （bella）

I had my presentation last week,not so bad,I almost completed what I'd like to say.But these days everybody has a little bored about class,so that day  standing in front of the  classes doesn't make me nervous.I talk about how was my work about--a series of illustrations for  a Japanese movie;what this 4 pictures poytrayed--4 scenes of key roles;and whom I influenced by-- Surrealism pope Miro with his painting ;And how I worked--about elements,meterials,methods and the contrasty I used.At last,I sum up the way I'd like better to create and explained the meaning of them.While Qs time I was told that my work looked really nice and popular,but Koong just point out the problem of them was too abstract to understand if without my describes.I totally admit that which I always tried to improve.And thanks for Anna's suggestions and supports.

From my perspective, clowns are not just taking advantage of strange clothes and ugly make up to make people happy but also to hide their scared heart,that is to say, they are not truly happy, they laugh just because of their job. For me, it is not easy to make strangers laugh, and it is pretty difficult that you have to keep laughing when they are standing on the stage alone especially when there are hundred of people staring at you.

In addition, when the performance is end, the stage becomes dark, everyone leaves with their laughters. Suddenly, the clown becomes lonely, silent, afraid and speechless.

My work is inspired by this aspect of a clown, so it is dark, silent, but not hopeless, because clowns expect for the next show, and at that time, when they see people are laughing, they will be truly happy again.

Happy time!!

My Crit 'Distressed Love.' (Winnie)

This is my artwork which called 'Distressed Love.' It's just literal meaning that you can see in my first painting above. In this piece, you can clearly understand what I want to show to my viewers. And the concept of this picture came from my best friend who just broke up with her boy friend last weekend. On last weekend, my friend called me, and we chatted on phone for almost three hours at night. She sadly told me about her entire heartbreaking love story. She also told me her feeling of love. She said love is a complicated and hard thing that might makes people feel delighted and also sorrowful. After we finished our three hours talking, the idea suddenly came out in my head and made me want to use painting to fathom her feeling. And tried to use simple stroke to accomplish this artwork. This was also my intention to simplify the involved emotion of my friend. Moreover, you can see the bandager who was holding a fuming heart and shedding tears in the meantime. That symbol of heartbreaker. And that's what I want to show to my viewers. However, this picture really makes my heart ache and feels sorry for my friend. And after I finished this work, I thought the effect of my painting was better than I thought, so I love my artwork. Furthermore, I also hope my viewers will have the same feeling as I do when they are appreciating my work and like my work.

columbia flower market（mihana）

On Sunday, I went to Columbia flower market with Yoen.

This market is one of my favorite.

there were many people and flowers in the market.

so, the road was crowded.

However,the price of flower is cheaper than other shops.

That's why many people buy lots of flowers and garden plants.

Also I bought a bunch of flower which is 4.5 pound. :-)

At both side of road, there are many shops that gardening shops, cake shops, clothes shops and more.

So we also enjoyed those shops.

After the market, we went to Vietnamese restaurant ; Cay Tre.

Its takes 5min from Old Street station.

I recommend this restaurant's ‘Pho’ which is noodle.

When you go there, try it!!!!

Portobello Market (Hiroe)

I went to Portobello Market this weekend, which is near by Notting Hill.
I didn’t expect such a huge market!! When I get there, it was almost in the evening, but still crowded on the road!!

There are a lot of things in the market, antiques, new goods, fruit & veg, new goods etc…
I started from Notting Hill gate station, and at first I saw antique shops.
There are so many kinds of antiques, so excited!!
I could find cheap things, but some things looked really expensive.
After antique section, there are some shops which sell vegetables, fruits, and sweets.
Unfortunatelly, some shops were already closed…

I really didn’t have a time to look for everything!! I would like to go there again, and check some vintage clothes!!

Ibe's homework Notting hill
Today, I went to the Notting Hill. It was many second hand and old fashion clothers in there. Many delicious breads which is difference taste and sharp.In notting hill, local snacks, carpets and

apparatus's stalls were sided of the road.Many visiters were taking photo in there,so it was very crowded. I very like the first photograph which is a old metal sign.Those brand was sign of the history and every one has the difference design.The button shop is very interesting. Some of the difference buttons, metal , plastic, wood and cloth.
